First timer: The shop is very warm, but nice and cozy. The employees are nice and pretty. We enjoyed our drinks and food. It is sweet, but I love sweet coffee. I can’t drink it black. The drinks are exactly as advertised and the prices aren’t bad. I plan to return weekly to try a new drink each time!
808 Social is a small island getaway hidden in downtown Peoria. The Lion cold brew is the best you will ever have. The specialty drinks are made with love, your taste buds will thank you every time you try something new. The baristas are friendly and service is quick. Get there early and grab some musubi for a real treat.
My absolute favorite place for coffee!!! Great vibes, LEAGUES better than Starbucks or any of the big chain coffee places. The coffee here actually tastes good, it's great quality, they have legit espresso press machine things, and it's all Hawaii themed, which is a nice break from the chaos of Phoenix and the surrounding cities. My favorite drink is the Lola Latte, but I ask them to make it a blended Frappe and it is literally always on point and so delicious. EDIT - STILL PHENOMENAL every time I go here, I'm in utter disbelief at how consistently SCRUMPTIOUS the coffee drinks are. Love that they support other small businesses, everyone is always friendly, no insane line or crowded lobby, which I guess if I want it to stay that way, I should shut up about it instead of telling everyone how perfect the coffee is let's just say that if I was rich, and could spare the calories, I would get the Lola Latte blended every single day. I literally get so sad when I get to the end of my drink absolute perfection in a drink!!
Lauren and Charis are super friendly and make me feel welcomed every time I go there. I always never know what to get because they have so many great things, but they are very good with helping me choose something. I'm never disappointed. Also, the walking nachos are freaking amazing. My picture sucks but it's so good. I got one and ate it, had to get one for the road! Super awesome staff!
This one of our favorite neighborhood coffee shops and one of the best creative coffee shops that we get to visit. If you want to have a fun experience, a taste of Hawaii and deliciously crafted drinks, you definitely want to stop by 808 Social. Their sparkling lemonades are beautifully delicious. My new favorite coffee is the Ubelicious that has a uniquely sweet ube flavor on top of the smooth yet robust bean (coffee).
